Though I spend most of the time programming I sometimes take a break to see what other programmers do. So after you checked out all of Lgames go for these nifty little time killers. :)

Kobo Deluxe
A nice 2D topview shooting game. Try to kill all of the nasty aliens with the blasters of your space ship to proceed to even more dangerous levels. Much fun!

Liquid War
A unique and addictive war game. Point at a destination for your army of thousands of pixels to crush and destroy every enemy in their way.

Penguin Command
A fun 'Missile Command' clone. Protect your cities from alien invaders by defensive fire from several cannons.

Pingus
A great Lemmings clone, this time with... of course, penguins.

PrBoom
Doom as my all time favorite First-Person shooter is brought to Linux by this excellent port. Take out hell itself!
